These messages inform individuals of their preliminary status—whether they fall within the current priority list or outside of it—specifically in projects where the number of applicants exceeds the available units.

Priority Projects: In cities where demand is higher than supply, ranking is determined by the initiative’s established criteria.

Surplus Projects: For projects with more units than applicants, all qualified individuals are automatically included within the priority list.
